Dave Kershaw is the Senior Contracts and Accounting Manager for the three-person Sebastian Inlet Tax District. Dave, who joined the District in 2015, oversees all of the agency’s financial, budgeting and office administrative operations. Mr. Kershaw has more than 30 years of prior experience serving in various senior-level positions that include the University of Miami, Florida Institute of Technology, various nonprofits and other independent special districts. He has a Bachelor of Communications degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.
